1. Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on QuickHeadshot.app, operated by CodeFrog (codefrog.in) ("we", "us", "our").

By purchasing credits or using our Service, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

2. Credit System Overview

QuickHeadshot operates on a simple credit-based model:

  • Free Credits: New users receive free credits upon registration (offer may vary).
  • Paid Credits: Additional credits can be purchased.
  • Usage: Each headshot generation consumes 1 credit.
  • No Expiry: Purchased credits do not expire as long as the account remains active.

3. Refund Eligibility

3.1 Eligible for Refund

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Technical Failures

If a generation fails due to server errors, processing issues, or platform bugs — the credit is automatically refunded to your account.

Payment Processing Errors

You were charged, but credits were not added due to a technical issue.

Duplicate Charges

Accidental double or multiple charges for the same purchase.

Unused Credits (Within 7 Days)

If you purchased credits but have not used any from that pack, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.

3.2 NOT Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be provided for:

Used Credits

Credits consumed to generate headshots cannot be refunded, regardless of satisfaction.

Free Credits

Complimentary credits given at signup or via promotions.

Partial Credit Packs

If any credit from the purchased pack is used, the remaining credits cannot be refunded.

Requests After 7 Days

Refunds for unused credits requested after 7 days are not eligible.

Policy Violations

Accounts terminated for violating Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

User Error

Examples include: uploading blurry/low-quality photos, uploading photos with multiple faces, using unsupported image types. These consume server processing and therefore credits are non-refundable.

4. Failed Generations

4.1 Server-Side Failures

If generation fails due to system error, timeout, processing crash, API failure, or infrastructure issue — the credit is automatically returned within minutes.

4.2 Image Quality Issues (User Side)

If failure occurs because your photo does not meet input requirements (no face, too dark, cropped edges, etc.) — credit is not refunded, as processing resources were used.

4.3 Unsatisfactory Results

AI output may vary. If the headshot is not what you expected: refunds are not provided and credits cannot be restored. This is standard for AI image-generation services.

5. Refund Process

5.1 Automatic Refunds

Technical issue? 💡 Credit is instantly refunded — no action required.

5.2 Manual Refund Requests

If your case qualifies, email us at support@quickheadshot.app with subject: "Refund Request"

Include:

  • Name
  • Registered email
  • Order ID
  • Reason for refund
  • Screenshots (if applicable)

5.3 Processing Time

  • Credit Refunds: Instant–24 hours
  • Monetary Refunds: 5–10 business days (bank-dependent)

6. Payment Disputes

Before filing a chargeback or dispute, please contact us. We resolve issues quickly and fairly.

⚠️ Fraudulent chargebacks may result in: account suspension, legal recovery of funds, and reporting of misuse under Razorpay & banking guidelines.

7. Promotional Credits

Credits earned from promotions, referrals, giveaways, or bonus credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.

They may have expiry or special usage terms.

8. Account Closure

If you close your account:

  • Unused credits are forfeited (not refundable)
  • Generated images may be deleted based on our data retention policy
  • Download all needed images before deletion

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Purchases made before changes remain governed by the previous policy.
