2. Description of Service

QuickHeadshot provides an AI-based service that generates professional-quality headshots from your uploaded photos, suitable for:

  • Resumes and CVs
  • LinkedIn and other professional social profiles
  • Freelancer / Upwork / Fiverr profile photos
  • Matrimonial profiles
  • Creative portfolios
  • Cinematic portraits

Our Service uses advanced AI models to transform your photos into professional-grade images.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Sign in using your Google account through our secure authentication provider (Clerk)
  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credits and Payment

4.1 Credit System

  • New users receive free credits upon registration (promotional offers may vary).
  • Each headshot generation consumes 1 credit.
  • Credits can be purchased through our pricing page.
  • Credits are non-transferable and tied to your account.
  • Purchased credits do not expire.

4.2 Payment Processing

  • All payments are processed securely by Razorpay.
  • Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Credits are added only after successful payment.
  • You agree to pay all charges associated with your account.

4.3 Failed Generations

If a headshot generation fails due to our technical error, the credit will be refunded automatically.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Upload photos of anyone without their consent
  • Upload photos of minors (under 18 years old)
  • Upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
  • Impersonate others or create fake identities
  • Generate images for fraudulent or misleading purposes
  • Violate any applicable laws
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service
  • Use automated systems or bots to access the Service
  • Resell or redistribute generated images commercially without permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process your images solely for providing the Service.

6.2 Generated Images

You own the rights to images generated using your uploaded photos. You may use them for personal and professional purposes.

6.3 Our Property

All content, software, design, branding, and technology of the Service belong to CodeFrog and are protected by copyright and IP laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available service.

7.2 AI-Generated Content

AI results may vary depending on the quality and characteristics of uploaded photos. We do not guarantee that every generated image will meet user expectations.

7.3 No Warranty

We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non-infringement

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
  • We are not responsible for third-party actions, including service providers

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CodeFrog, its employees, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of third-party rights

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Security concerns
  • Extended inactivity
  • Any reason, at our discretion, with notice

If terminated for a policy violation, unused credits are non-refundable.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of India.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the updated Terms.
